Robot Construction & Inspection

Robot Size Requirements (R101–R105)
The robot must fit inside an 18 in × 18 in × 18 in (45.72 cm cube) sizing box in its starting configuration. The robot may expand after the MATCH begins unless specifically restricted by game rules.

Motor Quantity Limit (R503)
A maximum of eight (8) approved DC motors may be used.

Exactly one 12V FTC legal battery must be used. No additional power sources are permitted.
Control System Requirements (R701+)
Robots must use an approved REV Control Hub and/or Expansion Hub. Only approved Android Driver Station devices may be used. Wireless communication must comply with FTC naming and configuration rules.
